  I went here the day I bought my iPhone 7 plus to get the deluxe glass (most expensive one they sell), but they did not have it in yet and told me to get the lesser version until the deluxe came in oct 1. The guy told me once they arrived he would swap them out at the difference in cost ($10, paid $40 for one I didn't even want just to protect my phone while the one I wanted was $50). Oct 1 I went back and they didn't have it yet, not their fault. I've been back to this mall probably 5 times since then and finally the deluxe comes in, now mid December. The guy tells me "sorry we can't do that since your purchase was in sept..." I asked him very nicely multiple times to honor the promise they made and the more i asked for him to do the right thing the more he got pissed off. He took the brand new, unbroken $40 version off my phone that i didn't even want in the first place to charge me for the one I'd been waiting for since I got my phone. Not the worst customer service, but when you make a deal, honor it. Not my fault you told me one thing and it was another. Probably won't go back here again.
