  Came in to upgrade my iphone 4 to 5 or 6. Was told I would get $200 rebate if upgraded by end of month, today. At&T employee looked at my phone and then sent me to Apple store to look at the phones more closely. Can back to this store and had to add my name to wait list. After 1.5 hours I finally got helped. The new employee told me I could not exchange the phone because it was not in perfect condition. This store is terribly managed and this experience is making me want to leave AT&T all together. Go some where else.

  Worst service and associates can give you false information. I had done a transaction in the store and was told that I should be getting a refund in the form of a check which I never received. When I checked with the AT&T customer support I was told the information provided in the store is not correct. This store has bunch of liars.
