  i brought 2 bags of stuff and they took nothing. there was a new, never worn forever 21 shirt that they didn't take, jeans that were in great condition that they didn't take, regular t shirts with no rips they didn't take. i washed, dried, ironed and folded everything the day i went and neatly put them in plastic bags. they threw everything out of the bags and then just shoved them back into a garbage bag and said "im sorry but we weren't able to purchase anything from you because nothing is in style." i had 3 plaid shirts in perfect condition that they could've taken. there were only 2 items that weren't name brand. they took nothing. the people i talked to were sweet but frankly, it's crazy they didn't take anything at all when almost everything was name brand, it was all washed and looked like everything else there and it was all in perfect condition.
