  Buyer Beware & A Great Buying Tip First, Klaffs is an aggressive selling store. Like every kitchen and bath store, the prices they quote can be reduced by 20% all the time. Never pay full price. If a salesperson tells you otherwise, leave and he will stop you. Second, go to another store. Klaffs in Norwalk, for example, misordered almost $4,000 of bathroom equipment because the salesperson neglected to ask the size of our pipes and we didn't know to ask. They refused to take it back despite it being their fault. Take your business elsewhere. Every kitchen and bath store can order the same things at the same price.
